Dual-nozzle precision
A direct-drive main nozzle and a Bowden auxiliary nozzle work together on a PMSM servo extruder, with a Vision Encoder holding 50-micron motion accuracy.

Built for a wide material range
Bambu Lab documents support for PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PA, PC, PVA and PET on this model, including carbon-/glass-fibre-reinforced variants, backed by an actively-heated 65 °C chamber.

AI dynamic flow calibration
Extrusion is tuned automatically as it prints, with dual cameras — a 1920×1080 live view and a 1600×1200 toolhead camera — for remote monitoring.

Filtered, actively-heated chamber
The 65 °C actively-heated chamber runs through a G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter and activated carbon, for cleaner air when printing enclosed-only materials.

Two nozzles, two jobs
The direct-drive main nozzle handles primary material at up to 1000 mm/s; the Bowden auxiliary nozzle (capped at 200 mm/s) is built for support and secondary-material work, reducing waste versus single-nozzle multi-material printing.

No. The X2D is AMS 2 Pro compatible, but AMS 2 Pro is a separate accessory and is not included with this unit.
