This Privacy Policy describes how HO3D Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd ("HO3D", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you use houseof3d.in and the LayerHub platform. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Email address, name, and profile details you provide when signing up via Supabase Auth (Google OAuth or email/password).
• Order & transaction data: Product selections, reservation details, payment amounts, and order status. Payment is processed via UPI (UPI ID: 7021906282-1@okbizaxis) or Razorpay. We do not store card numbers or UPI credentials.
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, click events, and browser/device information collected automatically via our hosting infrastructure.
• Communications: Messages you send us via email or WhatsApp for support purposes.
• Cookies & local storage: Session tokens, cart state, and preference data stored in your browser.

We use collected information to:

• Process and fulfil your orders and reservations
• Send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and support responses
• Maintain your account and authenticate your sessions
• Improve the platform, diagnose errors, and analyse usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations including GST invoicing requirements
• Send product updates and promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

User data is stored in Supabase (database and authentication), hosted on AWS infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region. The frontend and API routes are deployed on Vercel (edge network, primarily Singapore/Mumbai regions). Both providers maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance.

We retain account and order data for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian GST regulations. You may request deletion of non-transactional data (see Section 7).

We use the following types of cookies and browser storage:

• Essential cookies: Session tokens required for authentication and cart functionality. These cannot be disabled without breaking core features.
• Analytics: Google Analytics (if configured) collects anonymised usage data. IP addresses are anonymised.
• Local storage: Cart contents and UI preferences stored locally in your browser. This data never leaves your device.

You may clear cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings. Doing so will sign you out and clear your cart.

Our platform integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Google — OAuth sign-in and Google Analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Razorpay — payment processing (razorpay.com/privacy)
• WhatsApp / Meta — customer support channel (whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy)

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, row-level security policies on our database, hashed passwords, and OAuth-based authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Under applicable Indian data protection law and reasonable business practice, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and non-transactional data (subject to our legal retention obligations)
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us
• Portability: Request your order and account data in a machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at inthehouseof3d@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
