Refund & Cancellation

This policy outlines the rules for refunds and cancellations of orders placed on House of 3D.

1. Digital Assets (Models/Licenses)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of 3D models and digital licenses are **final and non-refundable** once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Physical Products (3D Prints/Hardware)

  • Cancellations: Physical orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the manufacturing stage.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged 3D print or hardware item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
  • Quality Disputes: For 3D prints, refunds are only issued if the product deviates significantly from the technical specifications provided.

3. Freelance Missions (Bounties)

Payments for freelance missions are held in escrow. Refunds are only possible if the creator fails to deliver the work within the agreed timeline. Once a deliverable is approved by the client, the payment is released and becomes non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (our payment partner: GoKwik/Easebuzz). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
