Refund & Cancellation

This policy outlines the rules for refunds, returns and cancellations of orders placed with HO3D Manufacturing India Private Limited (House Of 3D).

1. Digital Assets (Models/Licenses)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of 3D models and digital licenses are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Cancellations

Physical orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the manufacturing stage.

3. Damaged, defective, missing or wrong items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, has missing parts, or is not the item you ordered, report it within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include one continuous, unedited unboxing video. Claims without this video may be declined.
  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
  • For 3D prints, refunds for quality disputes are only issued if the product deviates significantly from the technical specifications provided.

4. Change-of-mind returns — 3D printers

  • Printers can be returned within 7 days of delivery, only if the box is unopened and the seal is intact.
  • The customer arranges and pays for return shipping.
  • The refund goes to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the box.
  • Opened units are not eligible for a change-of-mind return; the warranty and damage policies (section 3) still apply to them.

5. Freelance Missions (Bounties)

Payments for freelance missions are held in escrow. Refunds are only possible if the creator fails to deliver the work within the agreed timeline. Once a deliverable is approved by the client, the payment is released and becomes non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (our payment partner: Cashfree). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
