By accessing or using houseof3d.in or the LayerHub platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HO3D Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with registered address at 23 Rajiv Apartment, Zig Zag Road, Bandra West, Mumbai 400050, Maharashtra, India (GSTIN: 27AAGCH7121J1ZI).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
All products listed on the Platform are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, except that price changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Colour representations may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor calibration and manufacturing variance. Filament colour names are proprietary trade names used by HO3D and do not imply exact colour matching to any external standard.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion. In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Certain products are available for pre-order via the LayerHub platform. Pre-orders require payment of a holding fee of ₹201 (inclusive of GST) at the time of reservation. The balance amount is due at the time of dispatch.
Cancellation before payment verification: If you cancel your reservation before your holding fee payment has been verified, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
Cancellation after payment verification: The ₹201 holding fee is forfeited. The balance amount (if already paid) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith and are subject to manufacturing timelines. Delays of up to 14 days from the estimated dispatch date do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund of the holding fee.
Payments are accepted via UPI (UPI ID: 7021906282-1@okbizaxis) and, where available, via Razorpay payment gateway. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
All payments are processed in INR. We do not store credit/debit card numbers or UPI credentials. Payment processing is handled by our payment service providers subject to their respective terms and security standards.
In the event of a failed or disputed payment, please contact us at inthehouseof3d@gmail.com within 48 hours with your transaction reference.
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for physical products passes to you upon handover to the courier.
Currently, we ship within India only. Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers may apply as communicated on the Platform.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to brand names, product names, colour trade names (e.g. "Obsidian Core", "Ghost Protocol", "Reactor Red"), logos, design elements, marketing copy, and digital 3D model files — is the intellectual property of HO3D Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written consent. Digital 3D model files purchased through the Platform are licensed for personal or commercial use as specified at the time of purchase, and may not be redistributed or resold.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HO3D Manufacturing India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform and all products are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Print results from filament products depend on printer calibration, settings, and environmental conditions beyond our control.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at inthehouseof3d@gmail.com to resolve disputes amicably. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within 7 business days.
