Lidar-assisted calibration
A built-in Micro Lidar scans the first layer and measures nozzle height automatically, so calibration and flow-rate tuning are handled by the printer.
A wide material range
The hardened-steel nozzle and enclosed, actively-filtered chamber let the X1C run PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA as well as ABS, ASA, PC and PA.
AI camera monitoring
A built-in AI camera watches every print for spaghetti failures and lets you check in remotely from the Bambu Handy app over Wi-Fi or LAN.
A compact enclosed footprint
At 389 × 389 × 457 mm and 14.13 kg, the X1C fits a smaller footprint than the larger H2D or X2D while keeping a full 256 mm enclosed build volume.
Multi-colour ready with the AMS
The X1C works with the Bambu Lab AMS for multi-material and multi-colour printing — chainable for more colours. The AMS is a separate accessory and is not included with this printer.
Is this right for you?
- ✓Everyday prints plus demanding functional and engineering parts
- ✓ABS, ASA, PC and PA work that needs an enclosed chamber
- ✓Makers who want AI failure detection and remote monitoring
- ✓Multi-colour printing when paired with the Bambu Lab AMS (sold separately)
- ✓Makers upgrading from the P1S who want AI failure detection and Lidar calibration
- ×Buyers who need multi-colour out of the box — the Bambu Lab AMS is a separate purchase
- ×Fine miniature and detail work where resin is more appropriate
- ×One-piece objects larger than 256 mm on any axis
- ×Extreme high-temperature dual-nozzle work — the H2D or X2D suit that better
