Enclosed CoreXY
A rigid CoreXY motion system sits inside a fully enclosed frame. The closed chamber keeps a stable temperature around the print, which reduces warping and layer splitting on materials that struggle on an open printer.

A wider material range
Because the chamber is enclosed, the P1S is rated for PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA as well as ABS, ASA, PC and PA — engineering and higher-temperature materials that an open-frame printer cannot hold reliably.

Fully automatic calibration
The P1S runs automatic calibration and active bed levelling, so setup and tuning are handled by the printer rather than dialled in by hand.

Fast, monitored printing
The CoreXY system is rated for a 500 mm/s maximum speed with vibration compensation. A built-in camera supports timelapse and remote monitoring from the Bambu Handy app over Wi-Fi or LAN.

Multi-colour ready with AMS
The P1S works with the Bambu Lab AMS for multi-material and multi-colour printing. The AMS is a separate accessory and is not included with this printer.

Does this printer include the AMS?›
No. The P1S is AMS compatible, but the Bambu Lab AMS is a separate accessory and is not included with this unit.
What is the build volume?›
256 × 256 × 256 mm.
Which materials can the P1S print?›
The enclosed chamber lets the P1S run PLA, PETG, TPU and PVA as well as ABS, ASA, PC and PA. Carbon- and glass-filled composites need a hardened nozzle and are outside the stock configuration.
Is the P1S enclosed?›
Yes. It has a fully enclosed frame with a passive chamber that holds heat around the print.
What is the maximum print speed?›
500 mm/s, on a CoreXY motion system with vibration compensation.
What nozzle does it come with?›
A 0.4 mm stainless-steel nozzle is included. The all-metal hotend reaches up to 300 °C.
How is the P1S different from the A1?›
The A1 is an open-frame bed-slinger; the P1S is a fully enclosed CoreXY printer. The enclosure lets the P1S handle ABS, ASA, PC and PA, which are not recommended on the open-frame A1. Both share the same 256 mm build volume and automatic calibration.
