Welcome to House of 3D. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
House of 3D (Pvt Ltd) provides an ecosystem for 3D creation, including AI-powered generation tools, a marketplace for digital assets (models), and a network for physical manufacturing (3D printing services).
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users retain ownership of the original content they upload. However, by listing assets on our marketplace, you grant House of 3D a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute those assets. Our AI-generated outputs are subject to the specific licensing terms of the underlying models used.
All transactions are processed in INR (₹). We use secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay). House of 3D takes a commission on successful sales as defined in our fee schedule.
Users are prohibited from uploading malicious code, copyright-infringing material, or using the platform for any illegal activities in accordance with Indian Cyber Laws.
House of 3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or any products purchased through it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
