This policy applies to physical products, including 3D prints, hardware, and materials, purchased through House of 3D.

1. Delivery Coverage

We provide shipping across India. International shipping is currently not supported but may be available upon special request.

2. Processing Time

• Hardware/Filaments: Processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
• Custom 3D Prints: Processing time depends on the print duration and post-processing requirements, typically 3-5 business days.

3. Shipping Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination city. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for major metro areas (24-48 hours).

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete the payment.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can also track your order status in the 'Orders' section of your Dashboard.

6. Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or public holidays. House of 3D is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
